Green Combo System
- Clean the surfaces which shall receive the coating of all dust, dirt, moss, oil and grease, loose particles, cement laitance and all other deleterious materials which will affect the adhesion of the coating with the substrate. All surface imperfections and protrusions shall be removed and repaired
- Supply and application of 70-80mm thick, 40kg/m³ density of polyurethane foam
- Supply and application of rubberized liquid coating to the entire area and allow drying for 48 hours
- Water test the roof for 48 hours
- Supply and application of 120gr/m² loose geotextile separation layer
- Supply and fixing of flex board (or) equivalent expansion joint filler boards in slope using approximate 3×3 meter panels
- Supply and application of a layer of ready mix screed to slope and cure as per standard procedures
- Supply and application joint sealant on the joints.
- Supply and application of two Coats of UV resistant waterproof coating.
